My training and 35 years of experience have led me to an ever-deepening understanding of the cause and treatment of neuromuscular dysfunction. I have created a unique Signature Stone massage that incorporates Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, and Injury/Medical Massage with 60-70 stones. As a solo practitioner, my attention is focused exclusively on you. You will never feel rushed as I offer plenty of time for consultation before and time to relax after your massage. I respect and encourage silence during your session if that is your choice, as there is little time for silence in our world today. My Massage Story

After working in the corporate world in a big city, I found myself looking for a career that had more meaning. Through a personal experience with the healing power of massage therapy, I decided to become a massage therapist, returned to Florida, and graduated 35 years ago with advanced training in Sports & Injury Massage.

After a season working in Florida with professional cyclists, I came to Colorado to work the Professional Mountain Bike circuit and found my heart’s home. An exciting career began when I was offered a job with a professional team. I spent 1990-94 as a team manager & soigneur on the Professional International Mountain Bike Circuit, working with the best athletes in the sport. After 4 years of constant traveling, I was ready to settle down to a private practice. Cycling massage remains a singular passion of mine.

Coming from Florida, I always loved a tan, but being fair-skinned, high-altitude sun exposure was a risk I could no longer take. With such risk for skin cancer here, I decided Durango needed a safe alternative to sun exposure and I became I certified profession spray tan artist. I have been spray tanning for the past 13 years. I am gold-certified and have advanced training from with some of the best Spray Tan Artists in the business. I am dedicated to giving not just a spray tan, but a luxury experience that will leave you feeling beautiful, glowing, and pampered.

After a few sessions of aggressive treatment, I find relief. If you are a serious athlete or a physician, Jennifer Prosser is the woman you need to see. My partner and I were up in Durango for a weekend getaway. Elevation is a small suite of rooms on the 2nd floor of a building on the main drag of Durango. The atmosphere is pleasant. But what sets it apart is the practitioner. The owner is only body worker I’ve met who understands the physiology behind muscle flexion and relaxation, injury and healing. It was a joy to receive a massage from her (one of the best ever)! I’ve received massages from all around the world. This massage ranked in my top two, ever. There are other outfits in the area with decent masseuses, but why settle?

While I was on vacation in Durango I needed a spray tan for a friend’s wedding. I’ve had countless spray tans in Dallas and this was by far the best spray tan I’ve ever had.
