I respect and encourage silence during your session if that is your choice, as there is little time for silence in our world today. My Massage Story

After working in the corporate world in a big city, I found myself looking for a career that had more meaning. Through a personal experience with the healing power of massage therapy, I decided to become a massage therapist, returned to Florida, and graduated 37 years ago with advanced training in Sports & Injury Massage.

After a season working in Florida with professional cyclists, I came to Colorado to work the Professional Mountain Bike circuit and found my heart’s home. An exciting career began when I was offered a job with a professional team. I spent 1990-94 as a team manager & soigneur on the Professional International Mountain Bike Circuit, working with the best athletes in the sport. After 4 years of constant traveling, I was ready to settle down to a private practice. Cycling massage remains a singular passion of mine.

Coming from Florida, I always loved a tan, but being fair-skinned, high-altitude sun exposure was a risk I could no longer take. With such risk for skin cancer here, I decided Durango needed a safe alternative to sun exposure and I became I certified profession spray tan artist. I have been spray tanning for the past 13 years. I am gold-certified and have advanced training from with some of the best Spray Tan Artists in the business. I am dedicated to giving not just a spray tan, but a luxury experience that will leave you feeling beautiful, glowing, and pampered.
